You knew when to ask our opinions and when to proceed as a Fiduciary with our best interest always in mind. I can count on one hand the number of times I had to leave messages on your voicemail and in each case, the call was promptly returned. All of the other calls were answered by you on either your mobile phone or at the office. In hindsight, I now wonder why you didn’t screen some of my calls…That is customer service!
In a world where everyone is pressed for time, you took the time to walk us through each phase of each transaction. “Time is money” is a common saying but few people realize that a little time invested in delighting a customer pays big dividends in word of mouth advertising. I will enthusiastically refer any/all local friends and relatives interested in buying or selling real estate to you. I know you will work for them as you worked for us.

My daughter and I first met Margaret at an Open House in the late 1980’s when property values were going sky high. We liked her immediately and asked her to be our agent. We weren’t able to afford a condominium at that time, but when real estate went down due to the recession in the early nineties, my daughter was able to buy a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo in Santa Monica. We’ve been with Margaret ever since that first Open House we met her. Whenever we have a real estate question, we can go directly to Margaret and find out what we need to know.
Margaret was my choice when my husband and I needed to buy a place in West Los Angeles or Santa Monica in December of 2004. She was there for us and helped us find and buy a house in Mar Vista. Escrow closed on February 23, 2005. We are now living happily ever after in a home that we both love.
