The State of California standardized per notarized signature fee is $10 for most signatures. This includes Jurat and acknowledgements. Discounts are available for a large number of documents.
Loan Documents: $150 First Mortgage (in my office $100)
$50 Second Mortgage (in my office $40)
A $50 fee is charged for download and print e-documents.
Minimum charge $30*. Wait time after 15 minutes $25 per hour
Sunday/evening services $40 minimum
